This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation by the applicant/claimant. Perusal of record reveals that at the time of admission of appeal, this Court on 8th January 2004 (Coram: R.S. Mohite,J.) granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application in favour of appellant/insurer subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation. 2.

The appellant pursuant to the said order, had already

10-IA-2782-2020.doc deposited the entire amount of compensation. By the said order this Court had granted liberty to the claimant to withdraw the said amount on his furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar.

In that view of the matter, this application does not survive and hence, disposed of.
