The Petition is filed essentially challenging the show cause notices issued by the Respondents to the Petitioners under section 32(2) of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (MID Act). It is an admitted position that so far the final Notification under section 32(1) of the MID Act has not been issued.

In the circumstances, the Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondents to consider the objection of the Petitioners dated 17-12-2016 (Exh.I to the Petition, running page 162) before issuing the final Notification under section 32(1) of the MID Act.
