The averments made in paragraph 3 to 6 are deemed to be accepted by the respondent. In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Consequently, 2 days delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 5.
Registry is directed to number the appeal and place it for admission on 2nd July, 2015.
