The applicant had preferred Interim Application No. 327 of 2020 for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. The Interim Application was allowed by order dated 3rd January, 2022 and the sentence was suspended, pending the appeal directing that the applicant shall be released on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
