Perused the reply filed by respondent no.2 dated 12 th April 2023. It is stated in paragraph 5 of the said reply that fresh application dated 20 th January 2023 filed by the petitioner is under process. We are of the view that if decision on this application is directed to be taken within a time bound period, the purpose of this petition would be served.

We, therefore, direct the respondent no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 20 th January 2023 in accordance with law at the earliest and in any case, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 4.
