Petitioner's grievance is that High Power Committee has not considered and decided the petitioner's application / complaint no. 112 of 2015 as yet.

2] Having regard to the aforesaid grievance, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit an application for urgent hearing before the High Power Committee for deciding the petitioner's application / complaint no. 112 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

3] With the aforesaid liberty, we dispose of the petition. In case such an application is filed by the petitioner, we are sure that the High Power Committee shall consider the same and take appropriate decision on it as early as possible.
