After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned counsel, however, requests that the case of the applicant be expedited, since the applicant is languishing in jail since 2016 and till date, charge has not been framed. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the fact that the case is of the year 2016 and the applicant is in custody for more than 4 years, the trial of the applicant is SQ Pathan 1/2
