On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant came to be arrested on 07.06.2018 and since then no charge-sheet has been filed.

In the wake of the material such as charge-sheet which would the prosecution intend to examine 12 witnesses, the Sessions Court is therefore requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from today. 4.
