Learned counsel for the Applicant at the outset submitted that erroneously prayer clause (a) of the application makes reference for setting aside the order passed by this Court on 17th January 2019 in CA No.181 of 2018 and actually the Applicant wanted certain modification in the said order. This being an inadvertent error, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file a fresh proper application in this Court seeking modification of the order dated 17th January 2019. The counsel for Petitioner is accordingly permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for modification of the order dated 17th January 2019. 2.

Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
