By consent of the parties, Paragraph No.2 of the operative part of the impugned order dated 26th October, 2017 is substituted as under:- "The decree holder is entitled to recover amount of Rs.2,08,66,442/- (Rs.Two Crores Eight Lakhs Sixty Six Thousand Four Hundred and Forty Two) with simple interest at the rate of 1% p.a from 21st June, 2007 till to the actual realisation of the said amount."
