This Petition is filed by a Finance Company making a grievance that steps taken for execution of the order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, which are pending, have not been disposed off. Learned Counsel for the Respondents points out that in Writ Petition no. 15285 of 2022 a detailed order is passed on 9 February 2022 wherein statement of the learned Advocate General is recorded.

In light of the order passed therein, which shall apply to the case of the Petitioner as well and we do not deem it necessary to pass a separate order.
