CORAM : PRASANNA B. VARALE & V.G.BISHT, JJ.
DATE :
16TH DECEMBER 2020 P.C.:
1.
At the outset, oral prayer for amendment in one set of application is made by learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. The learned Counsel submits that inadvertently a reference made to the delay in prayer clause is of three days and it ought to have been twelve days. The same length of delay is mentioned in another set of the application. The learned Counsel thus orally prays for amendment in the application for maintaining conformity in the applications.
2.
Oral prayer is allowed. Amendment to be carried out on or before 18th December, 2020.

We have heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. 4.
By way of present application, the applicant prays for condonation of delay of twelve days caused in filing the appeal. The learned Counsel by inviting our attention to the grounds raised in the application and, more particularly, ground No. 5 in the application submitted that though the documents were received by learned Counsel but on going through the documents, the learned Counsel found that a certified copy of the impugned order is not provided to the learned Counsel. As such by establishing the contact with learned Counsel appearing for the applicant in the trial Court, the necessary documents were obtained. Thus, delay caused in filing the appeal is for bona fide reasons. Hence, the learned Counsel prays for condonation of delay.
5.
In view of above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. (V.G.BISHT, J.) (PRASANNA B. VARALE, J.) Trupti 2/2
