13-WP-2332-04.doc that the Petitioner is seeking a relief, which would amount to enforcing either a contractual obligation or a stipulation which is not a part of the contract between the Petitioner on one hand and the Respondents No. 1 and 2 on the other hand. We are of the considered view that such relief cannot be granted in the extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The Petition is therefore, dismissed.
