This is the second application for bail.

The earlier application preferred by the applicant for bail bearing B.A. No. 820 of 2017 was rejected by a speaking Order dated 2.5.2017. A perusal of record would indicate that, there is no change in circumstance, least to say any substantive change in circumstance for reconsidering the application for bail of the applicant on merits. The application is accordingly rejected. 3.

The applicant is however, granted liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial arising out of CR No.498/2016 registered with Wadala T.T. Police Station, Mumbai and now culminated into Sessions Case No.178/2017 Page-1/2

907-ba-564-18 does not commence within a period of one year from today. 4.
