By consent of the parties, Paragraph No. 2 of the impugned order dated 26th October, 2017, is substituted as under:- "The decree holder is entitled to recover the amount of Rs.69,25,354/- (Rs.Sixty Nine Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Four) with simple interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 21st June, 2007 till to the actual realisation of the said amount."
