The application for furlough leave of the Petitioner has been rejected by Competent Authority by its Order dated 22nd September 2019 and confirmed by Appellate Authority by its Order dated 3rd July 2020 on the ground that, when the Petitioner was released on furlough leave in the year 2002, he absconded and was required to be arrested by Police and brought back to jail with 3,697 days delay. 2.

Perusal of both the Orders indicate that, both the Authorities MANISH SURESH THATTE by MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2023.01.20 10:15:58 +0530 below have not committed any error while passing the impugned Orders.

We find that there is no merit in the petition. 4.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
