1] Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.1, 2A to 2E.

2] By this Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 29th January, 2016, passed by District Judge-4, Satara, thereby allowing the application for interim injunction filed by the Respondents. 3] Considering the fact that the appeal itself is pending for final hearing since the year 2015, it would be just and proper to direct 1/2

osk 5-wp-7698-2016.odt the Appellate Court to decide the said appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the receipt of the order, instead entering into the merits of the impugned order passed by the trial Court.

4] Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Court to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of the receipt of this order. Till then, the order of interim injunction granted by the Appellate Court will be continued.
