Contempt Petition is directed against the Respondents for non-compliance of the judgement delivered in Writ Petition No.347 of 2003. The Respondent nos.1 to 3 are added by their designations whereas respondent nos.4 to 7 are senior government officials who are added by their names.

The Learned Assistant Government Pleader has invited the attention of this Court to the communication dated 9.7.2019 issued by the Director, Ayush Directorate, M.S.Mumbai to the Office of the Assistant Government Pleader thereby informing that a cheque of Rs.49,04,180/- is released in favour of Respondent no.2-society of which, the Petitioner was an employee, towards the payment of arrears and difference of salary. 3.

Since the amount is already released in favour of Respondent no.2-society, as is apparent from the communication dated 9.7.2019 in my opinion, no purpose will be served in keeping the Contempt Petition pending. Statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader based on the aforesaid communication, is accepted. 4.

Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
