The petitioner, who is advocate, now appearing as petitioner-inperson informs that he has discharged his counsel Mr. Uday Warunjikar and he has informed Mr. Warunjikar through Advocate Mr. Siddesh. The petitioner has filed a note before this Court that as he seeks urgent orders, the procedure of discharge of advocate may be dispensed with.

The petitioner informs the Court that there is urgency, as the matter is fixed before the trial Court on 24th April, 2017. 4.
I am of the view that unless both the parties appear before this Court and heard, no ex-parte order can be passed. Hence, the respondents are to be served.

As the matter is fixed on 24th April, 2017 before the trial Court the petitioner is directed to serve the respondents in the Court itself on 24th April, 2017 and point out this order to the learned trial Judge. 6.
Stand over to 25th April, 2017 (H.O.B.).
