Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions from Mr. Pravesh Agarwal, Executive Director of the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would maintain a minimum balance of Rs.1 Crore in the Bank Accounts of the Petitioner with Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, and State Bank of India. We accept the statement as an undertaking of the Petitioner to the Court.

Subject to the above, we direct Respondent No.1 to unfreeze the aforesaid Bank Accounts.

We dispose of the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to fle an Appeal. We make it clear that Appeal and stay Application, if any, shall be decided without being infuenced by this order and the Appellate Authority would be free to pass appropriate orders as it deems ft.
