Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicants seek modification of the condition imposed by this Court (Coram : R.C.Chavan,J.), vide order dated 20th October, 2011, passed in Bail Application No.1592 of 2011.

The condition of which modification is sought, reads thus:- "1.

....

They shall attend nearest police stations to their respective residences on first Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the trial is over and shall not travel abroad without obtaining leave of the trial Court." 4.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicantsAshoo Surendranath Tiwari and Shasheel Vasantrao Karade have been attending the nearest police stations to their respective residences on first Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m, from October, 2011. She submitted that till date trial has not commenced. She, therefore, prays that the said condition be relaxed.

Learned APP has no objection if the said condition is modified.

It is not in dispute that the applicants have been attending the concerned Police Stations, as directed by this Court vide order dated 20th

Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the condition set out in para 1, imposed by this Court (Coram : R.C.Chavan,J.), vide order dated 20th October, 2011, passed in Bail Application No.1592 of 2011, stands relaxed completely. 8.

In addition to the conditions imposed by this Court, vide order dated 20th October, 2011, the applicants, shall inform their latest place of residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the trial Court as well as to the concerned Police Station, in writing. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 20th October, 2011, to remain as it is. 9.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 10.
