Considering the fact that transfer application fled by the petitioners before the respondent No.2-Charity Commissioner seeking transfer of the matters pending on the fle of respondent No.1- Joint Charity Commissioner is still pending and thus, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.

The respondent No.2, however, shall endeavour to decide the transfer application fled by the present petitioners within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

It appears that respondent No.1 has imposed the cost of Rs.10,000/- on the petitioners in one of the matters, where they sought adjournment on the ground that the transfer application is pending. In that view of matter, the respondent No.1- Joint Charity Commissioner shall not proceed with the hearing of matters inquestion till decision of transfer application. 4.
