Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Petitioner's Application dated 7th September 2018, Petitioner was released on furlough leave on 21st September, 2022 and 10th October, 2022 for 28 days each.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
