Though the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 22nd November, 2016, by which the bail granted to the Petitioner is cancelled and notice is issued to the surety to show cause why the S.B. amount should not be recovered, the Petitioner makes a statement that he would appear before the Trial Court on 27th March, 2017 and seek the continuation of bail.

Considering the above, this Petition is disposed of, since the Petitioner would be appearing before the Trial Court on 27th March, 2017.
