Learned APP on instructions from the Senior Inspector of Police, Vijapurnaka Police Station, Solapur (City) submitted that, Appellant Kiran Dagadu More @ Parit has passed away on 15th January 2023 while undergoing treatment at J.J.Hospital, Mumbai. The report dated 22nd March 2023 addressed by said Police Officer to learned APP along with death certificate of Applicant/Appellant and other related documents are placed on record.

In view of above, Criminal Appeal No.228 of 2018 is abated and is disposed off.
