Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, Petitioner has been released from jail on bail in pursuance of Order dated 5th July, 2021 passed by the learned Judge of the Special Court (MCOC Act), Thane. 2.

In view thereof, Petitioner can now pursue his remedy for the grievance stated in present Petition.
