Mr.Thakker states that before filing this petition Petitioner had filed a Revision Application which has been numbered by the State as Appeal No.136 of 2021 dated 20th December 2021.

Mr.Thakker on instructions states that if this Appeal can be disposed after following the principles of natural justice, he will withdraw this petition. He states that within two weeks from today supplementary affidavit in support of the Appeal will be filed to bring on record further developments as well as seeking further prayers. Statement accepted. 3.
Ms.Solunke on instructions states that the Appeal will be disposed Mohite 1/2

She states that the Appeal will be disposed by passing a reasoned order but before passing any order, a personal hearing will be given, notice whereof shall be communicated atleast five working days in advance. Eight weeks period will commence after the supplementary affidavit is filed.

Mr.Thakkar states that Petitioner / Applicant will not seek any adjournment. Statement accepted.

Ms.Solunke states that until the Appeal is disposed no coercive steps will be taken. Statement accepted.
