Heard Mr.Rajput, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

After arguing the matter for some time, when the Court is not inclined to grant the bail, Mr. Rajput seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to fle fresh Bail Application after a period of one year.

Mr. Rajput, however submits that as the Applicant is a woman, the learned Trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously. 4.

The Applicant is granted liberty to fle fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
