By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR, registered vide CR No.21 of 2021 with the EOW, Mumbai, (initially registered with the Malabar Hill Police Station, Mumbai, and later transfered to the Economic Offence Wing (EOW) Branch, Mumbai) for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP on instructions states that after investigation, the police have filed a "C" Summary Report on 7th November, 2022, before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate 47th Court Esplanade, Digitally signed by SANJAY ASARAM MANDAWGAD Date:
