Issue notice to respondent. Learned APP waives the service of notice on behalf of respondent and seeks time to file affidavit in reply.

It is found that this application is arising out of anticipatory bail application. This application is filed by the applicant who is one of the member of Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Kharghar and by this application seeks modification of order dated 29th January, 2018 passed by this Court in ABA No. 2110 of 2017 vide which on confirming the anticipatory bail granted to applicant earlier, imposed condition not to visit Kharghar Gurdwar till filing of the charge-sheet. 3.
Involvement of applicant is found in the Crime registered in 1/2
(913)APPP-220-18-aba-2110-17 the offence punishable under Section 143, 144, 147, 149, 324, 504 of Indian Penal Code and there are cross complaint. Having considering facts as aforesaid and as according to documents filed by applicant, taken on record marked 'X' for identification his presence being active member of Gurdwara Sir guru Singh Sabha, Kharghar is found necessary within the Gurdwara during the period from 5th April, 2018 to 15th April, 2018 during which there are celebration of Khalsa Sajna Diwas when Turban Tying-up events (training and competition) is scheduled to be held within above stated period, application is liable to be allowed in the interest of justice as per order below;
ORDER
(i) Applicant Harbinder Singh Charansingh Maan is allowed to attend the Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai from 5th April, 2018 to 15th April, 2018 from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
(ii) Needless to state that said modification in condition is only valid during above period.
(iii) Parties to act upon a copy of this order authenticated by Sheristedar of this Court.
