The request of the Petitioner to provide him internet facility at Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik cannot be considered as there is no such Rule in the Prison Manual or the Rules framed by the Government in that behalf. As far as blank white papers are concerned, Petitioner is at liberty to get the same by paying necessary charges, if required, from the Stationary Department of the Prison.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
