These two Anticipatory Bail Applications are filed for interim protection. It is submitted that Anticipatory Bail Application nos. 336 of 2016 and 310 of 2016 are pending before the learned Sessions Judge of City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai. It is submitted that the Applications appeared on the board for first time on 18th February, 2016 and then on 24th February, 2016. However, as Investigating officer was not present, learned APP sought time on all these dates. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he has been informed that learned Judge, who is presiding over the Court taking Anticipatory Bail Applications, is on leave throughout this week and therefore, he approached this Court. 911 & 912ABA425&426_2016.doc learned counsel submitted that both the Applications are fixed tomorrow, i.e., 9th March, 2016, before the learned Sessions Judge. 2.

When the Anticipatory Bail Applications are filed and pending before the learned Sessions Judge, the propriety requires that both the Anticipatory Bail Applications are to be heard by the learned Sessions Judge of City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai. If at all the concerned Presiding officer is on leave throughout the week, the learned Principal Judge of City Civil Court is requested to make necessary arrangement by assigning these two Anticipatory Bail Applications to some other Judge on 9th March, 2016.
