This application is moved for bail by the applicant/accused. The applicant/accused is prosecuted for the offences punishable under sections 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R.No.90/16 of Tasgaon Police Station. 2.
The learned prosecutor at the outset points out that the learned Sessions Judge while rejecting the application on 24/11/2016 has also recorded that the charge was framed and case was ripe for hearing.

Under such circumstances, considering the status of the case and the observations made by learned Sessions Judge, Sangli, it appears that the trial will commence or might have commenced. Therefore, the learned Sessions Judge may expedite the trial on or before 30/11/2017.
