The above Interim Application is filed by the Applicants (Original Petitioners) to bring the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.8 on record. There is a delay of 96 days in filing the present Interim Application. Perused the Interim Application. For reasons set out in paragraph No.5 of the Interim Application, delay is condoned and the Interim Application is allowed. Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. A copy of the amended Writ Petition shall be served on the Advocate for the Respondents including newly added Respondents by the Advocate for the Petitioners.
