The habeas corpus petition is filed for directing the Respondent to produce his wife. The Petitioner does not dispute that his wife is residing with her parents. The Petitioner also annexes communication received from Sub-Inpsector, Kashimira Police Station dated 22nd July, 2016 to him. The communication shows that the Petitioner was informed that his wife on her own volition is staying with her parents and she is not ready to join the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute that the Petitioner Megha 1/2

Megha 8_wp_1073_2017.doc has also filed proceedings for restitution of conjugal rights against his wife.

In the circumstances, this Petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
