However, it is noticed that the appeal is directed against the order dated 09 February 2016 made by the City Civil Court, N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
2-ao-675-2016 Mumbai declining ad-interim relief to the appellant. 3.
Since, the institution of this appeal, this Court has not granted any ad-interim relief in the matter. At this stage, it is reasonable to proceed on the basis that the Motion for interim relief may have been disposed of. In any case, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the same expeditiously within a period of two months from today.

In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. The Civil Application does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
