This Civil Application is taken out for fxing an early date of hearing of the Second Appeal which is of the year 2000.

By order dated 27th August, 2019 passed in Civil Application No.1128 of 2019 the hearing of the Appeal was already expedited since the Applicant is a senior citizen. 4.

The learned Single Judge by order dated 29th April, 2022 passed in present Interim Application has observed that the Second Appeal be heard expeditiously subject to the Appellant fling the private paper book.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that private paper book is fled. Therefore, the Second Appeal be listed in the 'Final Hearing' board in the week commencing from 30th January, 2023 in the category of 'Senior Citizens'.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
