Since the dispute between the Applicant (accused) and Respondent No.2 (complainant) is resolved by amicable settlement, I am inclined to condone the delay in filing revision application so that the revision application can be heard and the main dispute can be resolved. Criminal application is allowed. Delay is condoned and the revision application be registered.
