The present application under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 is filed for quashing of charge-sheet No.I-275 of 2014 arising out C.R.No.I-266 of 2014 registered at Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi, District : Thane dated 25.06.2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 336, 147, 149, 504, 506, 323, 427 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the charge-sheet annexed to the application. 3.
The first informant, viz., Bhushan Balu Patil, who is an injured witness in the present crime in his statement has categorically named the applicant as an accused who was accompanying the other accused persons in assaulting the first informant. The eye witness, namely, Karan Shankar Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
905-cr.aplication 261-2019.doc Madhavi duly corroborates the version of the first informant. The perusal of medical report issued by the concerned Medical Officer, further corroborates the version of assault on the first informant-Bhushan Balu Patil.

There is more than sufficient material available on record to show the clear complicity of the applicant in the present crime. As noted earlier, the applicant is a named accused in the First Information Report and the presence of the applicant has been duly corroborated by the other eyewitnesses. 5.
We find no merits in the present application. The application is accordingly dismissed.
