Impugned order in the present Writ Petition is order dated 20th January 2021 passed by the Additional Collector @ Sub-Divisional Officer, Nashik, Sub-Division, Nashik in RTS/ Vahivat/Revision No.130 of 2020. By the impugned order, order dated 5th March 2020 passed by the Tahsildar in Vahivat Case No.15 of 2019 is challenged.

However, Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has instituted Civil Suit. 4.

Section 22 of the Mamlatdars' Act, 1906 contemplates that the decision of the Mamlatdar is subject to the result of the suit filed in the Civil Court.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as the Civil Suit is filed by the Petitioner.
