After arguing for sometime, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant states that he would not press the above Appeal From Order and would be satisfied if the hearing of the Notice of Motion is expedited. The Appeal From Order is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. The hearing of Notice of Motion No.413 of 2016 is expedited. Needless to state that the Notice of Motion would be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned ad-interim order. In view of the disposal of the above Appeal From Order, the Civil Application NO.611 of 2016 does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
