Learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions of the Applicant, who is present in Court seeks leave to withdraw the Application. He submits that the Applicant is withdrawing the said Application in view of the Application filed by the Applicant before the Assistant Commissioner, Estate Department, Bombay for regularization of the premises in question. Accordingly, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw this Application with liberty to pursue his Application dated 25.11.2016.
