1] The Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the refusal of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to grant "no objection" to the Petitioner for taking admission to the LLB course. 2] Undisputedly, the Petitioner has done graduation from "Open University" and not in a regular course.
3] Rule 5 of the Rules of Legal Education, 2008, provides that for being eligible for admission to LLB degree, a candidate must have passed a graduate degree in a course which is regularly conducted. The validity of the said Rules had come up before the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.2215 of 2012. The Division Bench by order BGP.
