An ad-interim order is passed on 8 March 2016 protecting the possession of the Appellant. The position complained of in the application had arisen because the Appellant had not pointed out the order passed by this Court on 22 December 2006, in this Appeal protecting the possession of the Appellants to the revenue authorities. In view of the order dated 22 December 2006 which is continued till date, a separate Civil Application is not necessary. It is accordingly disposed of. Place the Second Appeal on Board for 'Final hearing' in the week commencing from 21 March 2016, as per its chronological order.
