The above Writ Petition is fled by the Petitioners for the following reliefs :
"(a) By an appropriate Writ, Order or direction of this Court, the Respondents be directed to take decision regarding the Petitioners various representations requesting the Respondents to allot the premises presently occupied by them on ownership basis by accepting the price as per the ready reckoner. (b) By an appropriate Writ, Order or direction of this Court, the entire tender procedure regarding sale of premises of
2 / 3 1-WP-2890-2013.doc Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran situated at CBD, Nerul, Vashi be quashed and set aside.
(c) By an appropriate Writ, Order or direction of this Court, Respondent No. 1 be directed to conduct a detailed enquiry with respect to the tender procedure regarding sale of premises of Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran situated at CBD, Nerul, Vashi and the appropriate action be directed to be taken against the responsible ofcials for committing grave illegalities and irregularities.
(d) Alternatively to prayer clause (b) and (c), by an appropriate Writ, Order or direction of this Court, the Respondents be directed to comply with Clause No. 6 of the tender regarding sale of premises of Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran situated at CBD, Nerul, Vashi.
(e) Pending the hearing and fnal disposal of the present Writ Petition, all further actions pursuant to tender regarding sale of premises of Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran situated at CBD, Nerul, Vashi be stayed.

All the Petitioners are present before us. The Petitioners have through their Advocate informed the Court that they are pressing only prayer Clause (a) of the Writ Petition and are not pressing any other reliefs. In view thereof, the Member Secretary of Respondent No.3 - Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran is directed to consider the representations made by the Petitioners from time to time and after giving hearing to the Petitioners and / or their Advocate/s, decide the said representation within a period of twelve weeks from today. Needless to add that if the Petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the Respondent No. 3 - Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, they shall be at liberty to impugn the same. 3.
The ad-interim order passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition
3 / 3 1-WP-2890-2013.doc stands vacated and all the formalities qua the fats allotted to Petitioner Nos. 5 to 42 shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.
