This application has been filed by the acquiring body with a prayer that it be impleaded as party respondent in the appeal. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that though the applicant was the acquiring body, it was not impleaded in the proceedings before the Trial Court.

The aforesaid aspect is not disputed by the other side. In view of aforesaid, the application is allowed. The applicant is
