Heard Mr.Kaustubh Kandpile, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.C.D.Mali, learned AGP for respondent No.1.

This application has been filed for restoration of the related writ petition, Writ Petition No.9277 of 2017 which was dismissed for non-prosecution pursuant to order dated 16th January, 2018 of Registrar Judicial-I.

Writ petition was dismissed on the ground of petitioner not taking appropriate steps for serving respondent Nos.8 to 11.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the notices were in fact issued to the said respondents in the address given by them before Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. Subsequently it appears that the residential addresses have been changed which have now been obtained by the applicants. Learned counsel assures the court that respondent Nos.8 to 11 will be served in the correct address.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicants and on due consideration, delay in filing the Civil Application is condoned and the related Writ Petition No.9277 of 2017 is restored to file.

Civil Application is disposed of.
