For the reasons recorded separately, rule is made absolute in the following terms :- (i) The impugned order, dated 24th January 2017 passed by respondent No.3 -Administrator Municipal Corporation, Primary School Mandal, Solapur, is quashed and set aside.

(ii) It is directed that petitioner be treated as regular employee and further directed that the petitioner should be declared as surplus along with the other employees by Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

8.wp.8547.2017.doc following similar criteria that is applied to the employees working with respondent Nos.4 and 5 and to be absorbed in accordance with their seniority.
