Heard. This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased Petitioner No.1 Laxman Jhimaji Bhutal who died on 19.01.2017.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
Hence, the following order:

30.669.18-caw.doc a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) which read thus:
"(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay, if any, caused to file the present Civil Application (b) By suitable order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow present Civil Application and accordingly permit the present Applicants to bring on record the names of aforesaid Applicant Nos.1A to 1E (as mentioned in cause title of present Civil Application) as legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner No.1 and accordingly be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend the cause title of the aforesaid Writ Petition No.7575 of 2016. b) The Applicant to carry out amendment within three weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition, on the Advocate for the Respondents, immediately thereafter.
