Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that office objections could not be removed due to the reasons recorded in the interim application and undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. The order dated 11th September,2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If all office objections are not removed within the prescribed above, the order passed by this Court today to stand vacated without further reference to the Court and the order passed by the learned Registrar (JudicialII) to stand restored. 1/2
